17" Vileda Micro Safety Floor Pad

The Micro Safety Pad from Vileda Professional brings the cleaning efficacy & expertise we are used to seeing in their mopping systems  to mechanical cleaning. 


The Micro Safety Pad is characterized by a special spiky material with micro fibers which dissolves even stubborn, firmly adhering dirt on heavily textured floors. It is suitable for maintenance and deep cleaning on a variety of different hard floors and is particularly well suited for safety tiles, textured rubber, PVC, and vinyl floors and for fine-porous surfaces. A low frictional resistance and good washout ensure easy handling of the Micro Safety Pads.

This floor pad is best used with one of our rotary floor scrubbers of which we have a wide variety for sale.

In the videos below we have simply diluted Ubik 2000 at 1:30 into a trigger spray, then we have lighlty sprayed this solution onto the safety floor in our kitchen. By buffing over the floor with a 150rpm rotary machine fitted with the pad we have dis-lodged & picked up the dirt in 1 or 2 passes of this pad. The floor is quickly left clean & most importantly dry, ready to be walked on.

We will soon be doing time trials to see what % time saving this method of cleaning could offer over mopping. We are also confident that customers that might have had to spend £1000's on a scrubber dryer will be able to spend half this amount on a rotary machine & these pads.
