If you live in zones A or B (excluding the Isles of Scilly of
the Isle of White) there will be no carriage charge as
long as you spend more than 49.95 ex VAT. If the order
value is below 49.95 ex VAT you will pay £4.95 + VAT.

If you are a highlands/island customer it is sometimes possible for us to offer free or cheaper shipping by us getting the goods shipped direct from the manufacturer rather than from our warehouse. Please call us to discuss this on 0845 37 111 87. We will need to take your order over the phone rather than on our web site.

The post codes included in Zone B are as follows:

If you are in Isles of Scilly TR21-25 or the Isle of Wight
PO30-41 then you will be charged a £6 supplement
whatever the value of your order.

If you are in Zone C then you will pay £12.90+VAT if the order
level is below £49.95. If the order is above £49.95 you
will pay £7.75 + VAT

If you are in Zone D then you will pay £14.95+VAT if the
order level is below £49.95. If the order is above £49.95
you will pay £10.00 + VAT

Zone E / Republic of Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £23 regardless of the order size.

Delivery Times
All orders placed before 3.30pm are despatched that day (as long as the goods are in stock & they
are 98% of the time). If you are in zones A or B you will receive the order the next working day -
normally in the morning. If you are in zone C allow 48 hours & 72 hours for those of you in zone D. We are also now issuing timed delivery slots to many of our customers; on the morning of the delivery you will be sent a text giving you a time slot in which your parcel will be delivered, you are then given the option to change this time by replying to the text.


Tracking Orders
As soon as your order has been processed we will send you an order confirmation. When the goods are despatched you will be sent another email. 95% of orders are despatched from our premises in Bristol through DPD. When your order is despatched we send you a consignment number which allows you to track the progress of the parcel on line.                        If your order has been despatched through a different method (through royal mail or via one of our suppliers) this will be noted in the admin area of your login.
