deliveryrates If you live in zones A or B (excluding the Isles of Scilly of
the Isle of White) there will be no carriage charge as
long as you spend more than 49.95 ex VAT. If the order
value is below 49.95 ex VAT you will pay £4.95 + VAT.

If you are a highlands/island customer it is sometimes possible for us to offer free or cheaper shipping by us getting the goods shipped direct from the manufacturer rather than from our warehouse. Please call us to discuss this on 0845 37 111 87. We will need to take your order over the phone rather than on our web site.

Delivery Times
All orders placed before 3.30pm are despatched that day (as long as the goods are in stock & they
are 98% of the time). If you are in zones A or B you will receive the order the following day -
normally in the morning. If you are in zone C allow 48 hours & 72 hours for those of you in zone D

Tracking Orders
As soon as your order has been processed we will send you an order confirmation. When the
goods are despatched you will be sent another email. 95% of orders are despatched from our
premises in Bristol through Business Post (also known as UK Mail). When your order is
despatched we send you a consignment number which allows you to trace the progress of the
parcel on line. If your order has been despatched through a different method (through royal mail
or via one of our suppliers) this will be noted on your confirmation email. Should you need to
track this parcel we will do this on your behalf so just call us on 0845 37 111 87
